Kedarnath and Badrinath are two of the most revered Hindu pilgrimage sites located in the state of Uttarakhand, India. The yatra (pilgrimage) that covers both these sites is called the Kedarnath and Badrinath Do Dham Yatra.
The Kedarnath and Badrinath Do Dham Yatra usually begins in the month of May and continues till October. The entire yatra takes around 7-8 days to complete, including travel time. Apart from Kedarnath and Badrinath, the yatra also includes visits to other important temples like Triyuginarayan Temple, Rudranath Temple, and Tapt Kund. The yatra is considered a sacred journey and is believed to bring spiritual enlightenment to the pilgrims who undertake it.
After breakfast, drive to Phata via Guptkashi. You would pass through Ganga on your drive, giving way to Tehri Dam (The Hydro Electric Project).
Overnight stay in the hotel at Phata.
Morning drive to Sonprayag -Gaurikund (03 kms drive-one way). Once we reach Gaurikund, we will start your journey on the challenging trek ahead. On arrival, Kedarnath freshened up, performing Pooja and Darshan at Shri Kedarnath Ji. This evening we are staying in Kedarnath Ji.
After an early morning darshan at Kedarnathji, we return to Sitapur. Day free for leisure.
Overnight at Phata.
After breakfast, proceed to Pandukeshwar via Joshimath.
Overnight stay at Hotel.
Today, having morning breakfast we leave for Badrinath shrine. But before that, you have to take a bath in divine Tapt Kund, a hot water spring. Badrinath is one of the most important Hindu pilgrimage sites dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The holy shrine is around 15 meters in height, and the main deity inside the temple is Lord Vishnu, a black stone statue-Saligram stone in the form of Badrinarayan. After darshan we return back to Pandukeshwar.

oday after breakfast we checkout from the hotel and proceed to Haridwar. Take Drop to Railway Station or at own place. Tour End
