Yes. Indian ordinary passport holders are eligible for Indonesia Visa on Arrival (VoA/e-VOA). The current Indonesian immigration information lists India among the eligible nationalities, and the standard VoA permits a 30-day stay and can be extended once, subject to the applicable rules. The passport should generally have at least 6 months' validity, and travellers should have an onward/return ticket.
Travellers arriving in Indonesia should complete the All Indonesia arrival declaration before arrival. Indonesia's official customs authority states that the integrated system combines immigration, customs declaration, health and quarantine information, and can be completed from 3 days before arrival. The service is free, and travellers should save the generated QR code for arrival procedures.
